Each project requires a unique estimate of a timeline. General outlines can be given prior to the beginning of any project and certain timelines can be worked with per client approval.

Scheduling can be done at any time. A simple step-by-step outline of what to expect as a client can be observed below.

2- Physical view of the project:

Per client request, a physical view of the project is necessary to ensure the success of a project. This can be done with or without a scheduled meeting. Any questions/concerns regarding the current problem being experienced should be shared with us here.

3- Estimation and Quoting:

Unlike other companies, we offer a Lawns By Lucas Guarantee on all of our quotes. The price you see is the price you pay regardless of what happens on the jobsite.

(Only honored if NO CHANGES are made to the original contract)

4- Completion:

Once the quote is accepted, a starting date will be issued to the client. Communication will be held constant throughout the completion of the job and a final walk-through will be done before closing.

These can be paid either on a per-service basis or a 12-month payment plan. Prices vary based on property size/condition. Referral discounts apply.

Due to our young age, most tend to disqualify us simply because they do not believe that we have the capacity to deliver high-quality work. This could not be further from the truth.

Since we have had to deal with the "you seem too young" stigma since the creation of Lawns By Lucas, we have learned to exceed client expectations time and time again. Our young age gives us humility, strength, and an insatiable desire to "prove ourselves" to those who believe the younger generation has no desire to work. Exceeding the expectations of those who chose to believe in us is what has allowed us to grow to the size we are today. From being a single-kid show to now providing opportunities to a crew of over 10+ people with $75,000 worth of equipment, we have had to prove ourselves time and time over.

Our reputation and dedication to breaking the stigma surrounding the younger generation is one of the driving forces behind our company. You can help us break that stigma by taking a chance on us too. We can guarantee that the only decision you would regret is not working with us sooner.

All of our client's contracted work is estimated and quoted on a per-completion basis. Since our jobs require the usage of our own equipment, laborers, material and expertise, it would be impossible for us to charge a general hourly rate for any client of ours. We ask that you place your trust in us, the professionals, with your project.

Please note that any requests made asking about our "hourly rate" will be ignored and no further contact will ensue.

Simply put, No.

Due to the variance in property layouts, terrain, property features and special requests, an in-person consultation is required before any quotes can be sent out. This gives us a better idea of exactly what a client is looking for and we are able to craft a tailor-made solution specifically for their property.

Exemptions to this only apply to weekly mowing requests. Clients can still request an in-person consultation for mowing if-preferred.

If you are looking to have your property quoted (or a general price range suggested) without first scheduling an in-person consultation, we at Lawns By Lucas kindly suggest you search elsewhere. Such requests will be denied.

We understand that our prices may come as a shock to some, which is why we're here to help. We offer referral discounts to any of our clients who choose to spread the word and help us keep our business going and cash discounts as well.

Please do not enter into a relationship with us expecting a budget service. We are dedicated to providing the highest-quality service that we can offer and our prices reflect that. Although we are not unreasonably priced, please do not contact us expecting to have a landscape renovation done for $400 or for your lawn to be mowed for $40. We stand behind our quality of work and are sure that you will enjoy your finished project as well.
